Development Manager

Position Summary:

Refugee Artisan Initiative, a 501(c)(3) non-profit located in the Lake City Community of Seattle, WA is seeking to hire a full-time Development Manager.

The Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic approach to individual, corporate and foundation donors contributing to the overall fundraising for the organization. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, engaging, organized, pro-active and self-motivated team player. The ideal candidate wants to work with a growing, high-impact non-profit organization and is inspired by the mission, goals and values of Refugee Artisan Initiative. The Development Manager reports directly to the Executive Director and works collaboratively with the Board of Directors, and Grants, Program, and Operations/Finance teams to ensure fundraising efforts match organization needs.
