Providence Swedish Logo Embroidery:
To include the Providence Swedish logo (righthand side), please select your campus from the drop down menu when ordering. There is a $7 fee to add the Providence Swedish logo.
Custom Embroidery:
For custom embroidery of your name, title, and/or department, please email Scrubs@RefugeesArts.org with your text. (1-2 lines, up to 28 characters per line) Custom embroidery will be placed over the pocket on the left side of the top (opposite the Providence Swedish logo on the right side).
